Hello and welcome to this series of Notes On Alto Saxophone.

In this lesson for Beginner Saxophone Notes, we are going to learn how to play the note F sharp and One thousand flat on our alto saxophone.

Thousand flat = Gb      F precipitous = F#

These two notes audio the same, merely take different names depending on a few things.  However, they are actually the aforementioned note.

There are actually 3 F sharp and Thou apartment notes on alto saxophone.

Description:

1   To play a depression F sharp / G flat, add all iii chief fingers on your left hand, plus the eye finger on your right hand.

2   To play a middle F sharp / One thousand flat, go on all principal fingers on their master keys just like a Low F, but add the Annals primal with your LEFT thumb.

iii   Annotation – your saxophone may or may non have the necessary right paw side key.  Not all saxophones have a loftier F precipitous central….some practice merely some don't.

However, if it does – To play a loftier F sharp / Thousand apartment, keep the Annals key (sometimes known as the Octave key) using your LEFT thumb at the back of your saxophone, but remove all 6 main fingers.  Using the lower outside of your LEFT index (pointer) finger, add in the first two upper side keys.  Using the lower within middle finger of your LEFT hand, add the third upper side key.  Using the lower exterior of your RIGHT index (pointer) finger, add in the elevation upper side key.  Using your Correct middle finger add the loftier F sharp key (if it exists !).
